Installment Payment Plan

The Installment Payment Plan is not available for Summer 2009.  All Summer 2009 tuition and fees are due the Friday before your session week begins.

**No paper bills will be sent to currently registered students.**

University Credit Agreement

Beginning with the Fall 2008 semester, all students are required to sign the new University Credit Agreement, even if you�ve completed this form previously.  This form can be located on the Bursar website http://www.bfs.uwm.edu/fees/CREDITAGREEMENT.pdf 

Return the completed and signed forms to the Accounts Receivable Office, Mitchell Hall room 295 or mail to:

Note:  Law requires that individuals be at least 18 years old to sign the University Credit Agreement.  If you will not be at least 18 years old by May 22, 2009 your parent/legal guardian must also complete and sign the University Credit Agreement.  Send the completed form to the Accounts Receivable Office.  When you turn 18 years old, you are required to sign a new University Credit Agreement.
